THE FULL STORY

For the last 15 years, Bryan Gorneau has been the esteemed lead fabricator and studio manager at Studio 80 + Sculpture Grounds, which served as a vibrant community environment dedicated to arts education and appreciation on the Connecticut shoreline. Having studied academically at the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts & Central Wyoming College for Welding Technology, Bryan has accrued over 25 years of experience working in industrial welding & artistic metal fabrication.

Studio 80, previously the personal sculpture fabrication studio of artist Gilbert Boro, opened its doors to the community to offer Bryan's masterful custom metal work, fabrication, and restoration services to the public.

Upon the retirement of Boro and closing of Studio 80 + Sculpture Grounds in 2023, Bryan opened Studio 82 LLC, to carry on fabrication services for the shoreline community.  Bryan is committed to upholding the legacy established by Studio 80 & Boro, and will continue to provide the exceptional custom fabrication, welding, consultation, and restoration services that Studio 80 was well known for. Alongside his partner, Christina Goldberg, Bryan is dedicated to preserving the legacy of this cherished establishment in a fresh and innovative manner, catering to ALL fabrication needs - big or small.
